Come join studio owner Vicki from barre3 Solon on Thursday, March 18th for a 30 minute heart pumping class by candlelight and sparkle lights in the vaulted garden ballroom, followed by a social hour including a glass of award-winning wine! barre3 is a total body, balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. You will leave every class feeling balanced in your body and empowered from within. Vicki's studio is located right up the street in Solon (on Kruse Drive - next to Panera & Mitchells) Tickets are $20 which cover your class and your glass of wine of choice!
