Hilliard Kidsfest is the premier spring event to connect with area families. Great way to find new customers & help area families! Please register before it sells out : ) Vendor RegistrationWhen: March 20th (Saturday, 8AM - Noon)Where:  Franklin County Fairgrounds (5035 Northwest Parkway, Hilliard, #B, Hillliard, OH, 43026)Who Attends:  Families from the Hilliard, Plain City, Dublin, Upper Arlington and surrounding areas Event format: Walkthru indoor event. Families pre-register to attend a different times (it controls # of attendees at anytime). Event is a 1 way direct event, with attendees able to visit each booth. You can provide them information, sell products, collect information, do enter wins, and more. You do need to sanitize high touch areas (if any) between customer visits. This is a great to stay connected and find new customers! What to do at he event: This event has everything spring related - Candy Hunt, Bunny run, Pancake Bunny Breakfast, Bunny meet & greats, mystery Egg prizes and more! More fun Items: Includes a stage with various entertainers and other items on the stage. Also, lots of great things from free popcorn, cotton candy, cookies, balloon artist, a fun scavenger hunt, and a special VIP entry bag for the firs 150 families! Plus many more items.Why attending the event: This is our premier event of the spring!! Parents attend the event to find: (1) Resources for their family, (2) Classes & programs for kids or adults, (3) Summer Camps, (4) Health resources for their family, (5) Products or services for their family, (6) Shopping!, (7) Products or services for their home, (8) Anything else that helps their family in the areaBooth or Sponsorship Opportunities (event is outdoors)  (Booth included plus logo on website, flyers, posters, and more!) ** Attendance Optional Opportunities **Title Sponsor (Diamond):  The single most visible item.  Titled into the name of the event, headlined on all promotions, web, email, social, flyers, and more.  5'x 2' Banners at stage & front entrance. Email address of everyone that pre-registers for the event.  Up to 2 booth spaces at the event.  HUGE visibility to this audience:  $1,000 (SOLD OUT)Premier Sponsor (Diamond): This includes a lot from 5'x2 banner at KidsLinked booth, 5'x2 banner at character meet & greet area, your information distributed to all attendees, featured on event map, included on all promotional material: $800Bunny & Candy Bag Sponsor (Platinum): Presenting sponsor of the Easter Bunny experience. Your booth beside the Easter Bunny and the ability to provide the small candy bags to each child after they visit the Easter Bunny (we provide the candy & bags for you). Extremely visible. $600 SOLD OUTMain Stage (Platinum): The most visible area at the event! Presenting sponsor or all stage activities. Stage mentions during the entire event, 5' x 2' banner at the front of the stage, and the ability to have several appearances on the stage. High visible. $500 SOLD OUTBalloon Artist (Platinum):  Balloon artist at your booth - very popular and a great way to be seen at the event.  Just a fun way to be a part of the event.  $500 Map (Gold): Great branding sponsorship. Your brand/logo at the top of the event may that everyone receives. Email address of all attendees. Near the front entrance of the event. Very visible: $500 SOLD OUTEvent Bag (Platinum):  This is the bag that everyone receives at the start of the event.  Key item and highly anticipated because of all the special goodies in it.  You provide the bag $400Cotton Candy, Cookies or Popcorn  (Gold):  You pick 1 of the items and have 150 servings to hand out from your booth (prepackaged)!  Fun part or our family fun theme!
