National Powersports Distributors is now accepting applications for our Production Motorcycle photographer position. Our 10’s of thousands of customers view our website every month, and we are the largest seller of motorcycles on eBay in the world. Our customers often comment on how well and accurately our vehicles are photographed, and we value this greatly. We are searching for a detail-oriented enthusiast who will take pride in in capturing the photos and video we display on the web. Must love motorcycles and the people who ride them. Requirements: • Strong computer/technology literacy. • Basic understanding of photography and photography equipment. • Ability to move all types of motorcycle, from scooter to full-sized tourer, into and out of our photo studio. A large portion of this position is physically moving the vehicles. • Extensive knowledge of OEM and aftermarket accessories. You will be required to note all accessories found on a motorcycle for our marketing materials. • Is detail oriented. With our level of online visibility, it is imperative that all OEM/Aftermarket accessories and cosmetic blemishes are noted honestly. • Optimistic, energetic personality with the ability to step outside of one’s comfort zone to strive for excellence in their work. • Ability to take direction well and work autonomously when needed. Preferred skills: • Experience working with Adobe Lightroom and processing photos. • Experience operating DSLR and gimbal-stabilized camera equipment. • Experience working with studio lights and equipment. Usual daily activity consists of: • Moving several different motorcycles into and out of the photo studio, to shoot a full set of photos and video following our established process. • Processing and transferring photo/video files to our internal server, so they can be added to listings. • Listing OEM and aftermarket accessories on vehicles for use in marketing materials. • Listing, describing, and photographing cosmetic blemishes on vehicles for use in marketing materials. • Maintaining the cleanliness and physical appearance of the photo studio. • Other data-entry/physical tasks to assist the Marketing Department.
