Let's gather together and welcome in the spring equinox with a yoga flow and flower intention ceremony. The Spring Equinox is a festival of awakening, and rebirth. The dark months are now over & we’re moving into the warmth of the light. With the Spring Equinox, your spirit is waking up with new ideas & new dreams for your life. It’s fresh, warm energy has the power to make you feel alive & inspired. We'll honor this new energy with a beautiful yoga dance and flow (all levels welcome), to help you awaken and get in touch with your body, mind, and soul. This will be followed by a meditation and flower ceremony, where we'll set our intentions for this next season of life. If you are new to yoga or this type of gathering, know you are fully accepted here. Tea will be provided and each participant will leave with a gift of sage and a crystal. What to bring: Yoga Mat (a few extras will be available if you don't have one)Blanket for comfort (not needed.
