We are hosting a wellness class tomorrow night at 6:00 pm. It will be taught by 3rd Degree Black Belt Jeff Green.
The Wellness class will be about 40 minutes and involve both sitting meditation and yoga exercises. This is a chance to explore how to bring more harmony in your life and help to regulate your emotions. Things individuals need to have are a yoga mat or large blanket, a yoga blanket or a couple of towels, and a pillow or yoga bolster.
