Our Winemaker is introducing 2 NEW VARIETALS! Be the first to taste the 2020 Tannat and the 2020 Tinta Roriz! Our Winemaker will be pouring tastes of our new Barrel Aged Verdelho Wine, as well as introducing the Tannat and Tinta Roriz! These releases will not be available until 2022! You will be the first to taste these new releases before they are made available to the public. We have 2 seating times: 12:00pm & 3:00pm. Tannat is a grape that's originally from the South West Basque-influenced regions of France near the Pyrénées. It is currently the National Grape of Uruguay and is gaining a lot of popularity in Virginia! It makes a Big Bold Red Wine that is very high in Tannins. Tinta Roriz, also known as Tempranillo: Pronunciation: “temp-rah-nee-yo” or Aragonez is a Noble Grape originally from Spain. It translates to 'Little Early One' in Spanish and it is so named for ripening earlier than many other red wines. It makes a delicious full bodied, fruit forward red wine with notes of plum, strawberries and blueberries.
