THIRD COURSE irish whiskey glazed kurobuta pork belly
white kidney beans, tomato, frissee
paired with: irish manhattan- tullamore dew, sweet vermouth, luxardo maraschino liqueur, bitters
FOURTH COURSE corned short rib of beef
baby carrots, green cabbage compote, creamer potatoes, smoked beef jus
paired with: 1829- tullamore dew, freshly squeezed orange juice, sweet vermouth, maraschino liqueur
DESSERTirish-cream mint chocolate chip profiteroles
paired with: irish coffee- tullamore dew, coffee, cream, sugar and nutmeg
