Roofing Solutions of Louisiana presents, "Moisture in Concrete Roof Decks" 1 HSW CEU
The AIABR welcomes Mark Graham, VP of Technical Services for the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), traveling to Baton Rouge from Illinois to present "Moisture in Concrete Roof Decks" for 1 HSW CEU. Mark explains the havoc that roof system moisture accumulation can reap, including adhesion loss, adhesive metal and fastener corrosion, insulation loss and microbial growth, and industry recommendations that have proven to both prevent and remediate these problems. .
Mark S. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. In 1984, he began his career in the roofing industry and has over 3 decades of experience as an estimator, project manager, and project engineer specializing in the investigation, design and repair of roof and waterproofing systems.
Graham joined the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) in 1993, supervising the association's Technical Services department, and is currently the staff liaison to NRCA's Technical Operations Committee and Manual Update Committee. Graham is also the contributing editor for Professional Roofing magazine and a member of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) He also is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers Inc., International Code Council and National Fire Protection Association.
