MAKE-READY/TICKET RUNNER Experienced Make-Ready Technician to remodel/renovate interiors needed at a multi-family housing complex. Performs repairs/upkeep to vacant units prior to move-in and within company guidelines. Perform sheet-rock wall repairs including tape, float, texture, and paint. Repairs and/or replaces shelves, baseboards, mirrors, and closets. Performs kitchen appliance installations, electrical ceiling fans, light fixture, and outlet installations, replace or repair sinks, replace sink and bath faucets and plugs, toilets, toilet flappers and water supply lines. Install windows/doors and mini and/or vertical blinds and replace air condition and ventilation hood filters. Replace or adjust exterior/interior doorknobs. Repairs/replaces any apartment material/maintenance requests within the scope of management responsibility. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!
