Reservations needed to save your seat. Meet your Meditation Coach Tamara is leading people through healing meditations in several Yoga studios and gyms throughout San Diego. After her first healing Inner-Child-Meditation expereince, it forever chagned her life, and now she is on a mission to help do the same for others.
