We are searching for a talented and dedicated Exterior Project Lead / Landscaper to join our team in the north end (Burlington, WA). As the Exterior Project Lead / Landscaper, you will conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning gutters, walkways, breezeways, painting decks, handrails and other duties. Ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, lawn, and well maintained building structures. You will perform a range of general lawn & building maintenance duties including applying fertilizers, pesticides, maintaining and improving the landscape design, removing weeds and dead plants, and exterior and interior building repairs. Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawn mowers, leaf blowers, chain saws and hedge trimmers. Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities: • High School Diploma or GED • 2-5 Year(s) related work experience • Ability to work successfully in a team environment • Ability to work independently and with good judgment. • Properly use and care for hand and power tools, materials and equipment related to the maintenance of landscaped areas. • Establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. • Energetic self-starter and demonstrates initiative • Service and teamwork oriented • Customer centered and focused • Focus on learning and self-development • Technically competent and skilled SUHRCO offers $18 per hour plus 7 paid holidays along with 3 weeks of PTO. We also offer health, dental and eye insurance. The ideal candidate will be creative, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. DOE.
