Mezcal Vago Three-Course Dinner with Dessert
Get your tickets for Cholita's Mezcal Vago Tasting Dinner on March 25th from 6-8 pm. We'll be having a three-course dinner plus dessert with an opening cocktail and four mezcal pairings.
DINNER MENU
First Course: Mole cheese enchilada with crema, toasted seeds, and avocado.
Second Course: Spicy chipotle ahi tuna tostada with tomato, cilantro, lime, and avocado.
Third Course: Tamarind BBQ pork rib taco with smoked cheese, slaw, and charro beans.
Dessert: Chocoflan with Mexican caramel sauce and grated cocoa.
VEGETARIAN OPTION
First Course: Cheese enchilada with refried bean sauce, crema, and avocado.
Second Course: Spicy chipotle squash tostada, smoked cheese tostada with cilantro, lime, and pepitas.
Third Couse: Grilled avocado tacos with shredded lettuce, lime dressing, corn pico de gallo, and vegetarian beans.
Dessert: Chocoflan with Mexican caramel sauce and grated cocoa.
Tickets are limited! $35 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
