You'll learn a little about our culinary history and influences in this one hour, lunch-time class.

About Helen Corbitt:
After eight years of persuasion by Stanley Marcus, Helen Corbitt became the director of Neiman Marcus food services and remained with the company for 20 years. She had previously worked at Skidmore College, Presbyterian Hospital in New Jersey, Cornell Medical Center, University of Texas, Houston Country Club, Garden Room at Joske's, and the Driskell Hotel in Austin.
