Responsibilities: Out of town real estate investment group seeking a local person (boots on the ground) to go take pictures of potential investment property, show the property to investment partners and deliver documents if/when needed. Qualifications: *Must have a smart phone with a good camera *Need to be tech/Internet savvy *Must have PayPal or Venmo account (for payment) *Prefer candidates who are handyman professionals, general contractors/laborers, landscapers or junk removal/move out cleaners or photographers *Real Estate experience preferred but not required *Need to be knowledgeable about area/neighborhoods (Omaha and surrounding areas) *Must have reliable transportation *Must be clean cut and presentable *Schedule is super flexible although punctuality is a must *College students are welcomed to apply call or text Mo at Six 1 Five - 2 Seven 0 - Nine 5 Two 9 for more info
