Experienced multi-discipline maintenance staff needed in a 5 member maintenance team, for a 100+ unit apartment building for make-readies and general repair work.
must be strong in at least one technical area. HVAC, electric, plumbing, carpentry etc.
a happy, positive, 'can-do' attitude preferred.
In line for the lead maintenance position when position becomes available.
