DigMyPics! the web's leading photo scanning and film transfer service, is looking for a video tape transfer technician to join its expanding business. This position requires a dedicated, organized, energetic individual who is self-motivated, possesses a drive and desire to succeed and takes ownership for their work. JOBING DESCRIPTION: As a transfer technician you will be responsible for transferring video tapes to digital format, reviewing the footage, labeling the tapes and printing DVDs. You may also clean 8mm/Super8 film reels as well as help to capture the film as needed. This individual will communicate with customers via email regarding their projects and enter the details into our database. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Our ideal candidate is very organized, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, has strong attention to detail, good written communication skills and is mechanically inclined. Must be able to work on a PC platform and have some knowledge of analog tape formats. Must be dependable, punctual and have your own reliable transportation.
