Especially ,those who are ready to take their bodies back with a full mind, body and spirit experience! Lead by the Amazing wife,mommy,model, dance choreographer and so much more; Dnechelle Pascol who spreads the joy of getting fit and healing trauma through the art of dance movement and overall wellness. She is the owner of Dnehelle,llc; The Diamond in the Rough Dance and Wellness academy. Her mobile business gives the gift of dance be it for fun,fitness, or therapy for women and children. If you ever felt like Motherhood and the chaos that comes along with that has prevented you from getting in the gym, starting that new fitness routine, healing your inner child or prioritizing yourself to any capacity THIS IS FOR YOU!! If you know a mom who tires their best to be a mother and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle THIS IS FOR THEM!! There will be brunch served by professional chefs. A hip Hop dance fitness session followed by a yoga session. (bring something lose to move and get sweaty in) We will have an award ceremony to honor mothers.
