Sports 4 Girls and Athleta at Northbrook Court for a fitness and goal setting clinic that is bound to leave girls feeling INSPIRED & STRONG! DESCRIPTION Game On! Sports 4 Girls will lead girls through a variety of fun fitness games, contests and challenges guaranteed to produce lots of smiles and rosy cheeks. Athleta will lead the girls in a goal setting exercise, learning how to set a goal and the steps to achieve it. The girls will work on building confidence in themselves and others by supporting each others' goals!
