We're going to tap into three different areas of your health including mind, body, and breath to give you optimal health and happiness. On Saturday, March 27th - Get yourself ready for Spring by tuning in to your mind, body, and harness the power of your own breath. We're going to dive into how your mind and breath paired with yoga can alter your entire well-being. You'll walk away with powerful actionable steps you can do at home to take control of your own health. To start off, we will have a presentation with Taylor Abrahamson, Integrative Health Coach at The Holistic Ape, on how setting your mindset can either set you up for success everyday or in contrast, affect your body and the people around you in an unhealthy way. Before we dive into the breathwork we're going to warm your body up with a 45 minute Anusara yoga session with The Holistic Ape's yoga instructor, Josh Blakley. After that, you will be led by four intentional breath sessions with our coach, Jake Casey. With this breath-work, you will find that you can alter your physiological self which is pretty incredible!
