We are a residential construction company looking to work with licensed sub-contractors who can do everything.
Must be detail-oriented with high standards, have reliable transportations and own tools and have at least a team of 3-4 people or more.
Typical Job Tasks and Expectations:
Site prep, demolition, and excavation
Rough framing and carpentry
Operate power tools and small equipment
Drywall and tile
Window and door installation
Interior and exterior trim
Cabinetry installation
General understanding of building science and trade work (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.)
