Location: Saf Keep Storage Oakland in Oakland, CA Overview: Do you have a positive, friendly attitude and enjoy helping others? If so, then this is the opportunity for you! We are looking for an energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team at our premier self-storage facility in Oakland, CA. We are seeking a Service Attendant with great customer service skills and can complete maintenance and sales duties. This job requires some lifting and general janitorial duties. *Must be able to work weekends.* Work Schedule: 33 Hours per week. Workdays: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. *Work schedule subject to change based on the facility's needs* Essential Duties: -Ensure property, self-storage units and grounds are cleaned and maintained. -Fix minor repairs and perform unit lock checks. -Provide tenants with move-in assistance. -Must be able to perform the company's sales process. Travel: -Drive the Move-In Truck to the service station for gas or an oil change. -Drive to the hardware store for property repair or maintenance items. -Attend meetings off-site for the company training.
