If you are looking for a place to work that values its employees, look no further. THE POSITION: We are looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician to be part of our roving maintenance crew. Please consider applying for this position if you possess Maintenance Technician I Skills, including but not limited to plumbing skills, light electrical skills, basic HVAC troubleshooting, basic carpentry and general apartment maintenance. You must be customer service oriented, well organized, have the ability to work independently, be friendly, professional and understand that time is of the essence. In addition, you must have reliable transportation, a valid California Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance. You must also have your own tools. Prior apartment maintenance experience and computer knowledge is a plus. We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician that is available to work from Tuesday to through Saturday, 8:00 to 5:00 each day. THE DUTIES: You must be able to assess and repair plumbing issues, have light electrical skills, know basic carpentry and be able to manage basic landscape issues. In addition, the ideal candidate must be able to complete a turnover of an apartment in a timely and efficient manner. Skills in tile setting and painting are desirable.
