Maintenance/Grounds Keeper: Mon-Fri; 8-4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch or 8-5:00 with an hour lunch at $16/hour. A large Downtown Oakland apartment community has an immediate opening. The right candidate is friendly, well-mannered, reliable, energetic and responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building interior/exteriors, parking lots and other duties that may arise. To qualify, you must: • Be 18 or older • Speak English • Be able to stand, reach, bend • Be able to move and push heavy items • Be able to lift or hold items up to 50 lbs • Dependable • Pass a background check Prior experience preferred Benefits included
