CARMERA’s mission is to power the world’s leading road intelligence platforms to deliver autonomy and mobility for all. To deliver on our mission, we need to develop and nurture a growing roster of partner fleet vehicles to capture street-level changes on a city-wide scale. We utilize vehicular crowdsourcing and remote sensing in that effort.  In support of this crowdsourced approach, our Field Operations team is looking to add an experienced Field Operations Associate to lead the growth and ongoing support of our San Francisco Bay area fleet partners. This hands-on role is based in the greater San Francisco Bay area and will report to our Field Operations Manager. Primary Responsibilities -Install sensor equipment onto partner fleet vehicles -Install CARMERA custom software on sensors -Perform routine maintenance on sensors, including cleaning and repairing physical components as well as basic Android-based software tasks -Coordinate directly with fleet partners for maintenance scheduling and technical support -Monitor an online dashboard of sensor health to proactively identify maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues -Manage inventory of sensor equipment -Maintain detailed maintenance and partner feedback documentation -Supervise and communicate account health -Night and weekend availability as some fleet partners require access outside of normal business hours We’d love to hear from you (required) if: -You have 2+ years of experience in a related field (field technician, maintenance professional, etc.)  -You are extremely dependable, organized, and communicative, with excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ownership is a must as success of our fleet partners will hinge on your ability to anticipate, plan and respond to their dynamic needs -You have a customer service mindset.
