I am the proud mom of Yuki, a Maltese I rescued from a shelter a little over 3 years ago. I recently learned my precious companion has cancer. There is nothing that can be done except to keep him comfortable and happy. I am heartbroken and I don't want to endure the sadness of a home without a little bit of angel fluff scampering around. I am looking for a Maltese or other small Maltese mix who needs rehoming. I am a great dog mom and have the perfect home for a tiny dog. I am single with no children at home and no other pets besides my little hospice patient. I am retired so I am home all the time with an empty lap to fill. Do you know of a dog/puppy who would meet my needs? I am willing to travel any distance for the right new companion.
