Social Media Training
Skogman agents will be trained on the proper use of social platforms within the framework of Skogman Realty’s policies for social media and diversity, equality and inclusion. The session will result in better alignment for agents so they can avoid negative social engagements with the public, clients and other agents.
The main objectives of this 90 minute training session are to:
Increase Skogman realtors’ understanding of how to integrate the brand and company culture into their social engagements.
Educate Skogman realtors about the power of social media when it comes to strengthening positive community ties.
Develop a framework for how to react to negative social experiences and how the manners in which they arise.
