This position is primarily responsible for physically performing the mold Remediation and Water Mitigation for commercial and residential properties. This is a labor-intensive position that has a rotating “on call / response” requirement.
Visits new assignments/jobs, interfaces with the client, and secure the job.
Scopes the damages at the site, performs emergency mitigation services as needed, test for mold as needed, provides documentation of the job.
Develops documentation including moisture mapping and creates drying-log.
