"I AM" Affirmation for the Guided Meditation accompanied with the Singing Bowls. 1-hour of loving yourself & others to create a oneness. PURPOSE: For this Full Moon Sound Soak, we will be focusing on "I AM" Affirmations while also extending that same unconditional love towards others to help build oneness. Join LoveLight Health Expansions for a 1-hour relaxation session to help release any "panema" (stagnant, negative energy) to make room for new, positive, flowing energy. Relax with the Himalayan Singing Bowls while focusing on Unconditional Love through a Guided Meditation. Leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and radiantly peaceful. (Participants will lie comfortably on a mat while the Bowls are played from a centering-point in the room. No bowls will directly touch you.) HOW TO PREPARE: Please bring your own mat, any bolsters/pillows for your comfort, and a water bottle. Dress comfortably and avoid wearing leather.
