Join LoveLight Health Expansion for a 1-hour session with Silent Meditations, humming, and a Singing Bowl Sound Soak. WHAT TO EXPECT: We will begin with a Seated Silent Meditation to set your Intentions and Wishes. Together, we will hum to lift our Prayers upwards. Participants will then lie down into a comfortable position to begin the relaxation with the Himalayan Singing Bowls. Afterwards, a Guided Meditation will help ground the participants back into their body. Feel the renewing peace and good fortune resonate in your life in the days to come; allow your desires to be realized. Participants will lie comfortably on a mat while the Bowls are played from a centering-point in the room. No bowls will directly touch you. HOW TO PREPARE Please bring your own mat, any bolsters/pillows for your comfort, and a water bottle. Dress comfortably and avoid wearing leather. TIPS: bring a blanket for coziness and a (weighted) eye mask for easier relaxation. EXTRA: also bring a pen & paper to write out your Releases and Manifestations during Silent Meditation.
