Temporary Drywall installer/finisher $20/hr

Applicant must have experience installing and finishing drywall. There are three projects that need to be completed. The primary one is the installation of drywall on the ceiling in the basement; finishing the new installation and repairing other damaged areas of the drywall. Next, the entire basement will need to be painted. Lastly, the floor needs to be sanded and then painted. As a drywall installer/finisher, I assume you have the tools of the trade; I only have the basics. I do have all the materials for the drywall and painting; a sander will need to be rented to sand the floor. Project is estimated to take two to three days. If you have other skills, let me know, there may be other projects. THIS AD WILL REMAIN UP UNTIL THE PROJECTS ARE COMPLETED ----------------------------------------------------- Starting time is 9:00am and we will work until 5:00. Parking space right in front Must wear a mask and practice safe distancing when appropriate. Must be on time MUST have your own vehicle. A truck or a van would be a bonus. Non-smoking workplace, that means not stopping throughout the day for smoke breaks Help me finish the projects (and not spend time texting or playing with your phone) You have to bring your own lunch and coffee- there is none here. Let me be frank, if you are experiencing challenging times like most of us and you are looking to make some money and you think you can do the projects listed above, this is not the job for you. I am only looking for skilled and experienced applicants, please. I have had some bad luck hiring people off CL for other projects. I made the mistake of paying them at the end of the day, only for them not to show up the next day. Or, after working three days, said they needed a day off right in the middle of the project. One guy left after two days – leaving everything unfinished, because he got a better offer a longer project out of town. In the end, it set those projects back days/weeks and it meant hiring others to take their place. So, if you are not skilled and not serious about your work ethic, please don’t waste your time or my time. Thank you.
