Luis Alberto Tenjay, 22, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. Javis O. Randolph, 28, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear. Feb. 25 Constance A. Ellison, 57, of New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear. Feb. 26 Hommy Lugo, 44, of New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny. Justin A. Torello, 31, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. Dean Franco, 58, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Jose Luis Padilla, 34, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct. Feb. 27 Zeynullah Yeroz, 49, of , was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Gordon Mackenzie, 46, of Madison, was charged with risk of injury of a child. March 1 Donald M. Morriar, 37, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree burglary and disorderly. Stephany Gonzalez, 32, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. March 2 Percy Hine, 47, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. Anthony Joseph Dellamorte, 32, of East Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.
