Glenpond Apartments is looking for a knowledgeable, self-motivated team player, with good customer service skills, to perform maintenance for our 75-unit apartment complex. Responsible for general maintenance, repairs, vacant unit make-ready and preventative maintenance. Duties include: -light plumbing and electrical, -painting and drywall repair, -landscape, parking lot and pond maintenance, -boiler inspection, -snow removal - Other responsibilities include minor construction/rehabilitation projects and emergency on-call. Qualifications: -Apartment maintenance, 2 years experience -Driver’s license required Benefits: Paid Time Off Schedule: Monday - Friday, typically 7am-4pm, occasional overtime
