DENVER, CO — More than 3,900 coronavirus outbreaks have been reported in Colorado since the pandemic began, but for the first time in months, no new outbreaks have been reported at stores in Denver, according to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. The number of stores and restaurants reporting outbreaks in Denver's metro area has declined over the past month, the data shows. Denver stores have strict cleaning procedures and coronavirus safety measures in place; however, some businesses were dealing with outbreaks that lasted months since they were first detected.
