Flow into a day of Mind, Body & Spirit in the beautiful Red lands area. On Saturday, March13th, 2021 Flow Integrative is welcoming you into our world of balancing the Mind, Body and Spirit. We will start the day off with the teachings our very own Vegan Chef, Leonie Mcdonald. After a small demo we will enjoy pure food from the earth to nurish the body and move into relaxing the body with touch with an hour long swedish massage . Also in this time you will be able to explore the beautiful grounds around the flow house, relax, meditate and prepare for our sunset sound bath.
