Hiring an experienced carpenter with a truck, and roofline experience who can install a 20-foot long fascia beam along a single-story roofline. The fascia would protrude 8 inches off of the side of the sheer wall. And allow for rain to run off the side, down the steel flashing. The job would require tying in about 5 horizontal support beams, to support the fascia. I believe this to be a 1-day job for two men, and willing to pay the industry rate.
