Employment Type: Full-Time Seasonal Bi-weekly payroll, eligible for overtime Hartman Companies, located in Victoria, MN has been a leader in the landscape industry since 1971 and has some of the most respected team members in the industry. We are currently searching for career-minded individuals to come join our growing landscape team. Applicants should be reliable, talented, and motivated individuals with the willingness and ability to learn and grow with our team. Hartman Companies offers valuable in the field experience while providing guidance and the opportunity for future advancement. We do offer on the job training for continued growth. Job Responsibilities Include the Following: • Possess a great work ethic and demonstrate leadership qualities • Ability to take direction and work as a part of a team • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Installation knowledge of plantings, sod, piping, earthwork and construction methods • Operate general landscape equipment – Skids, Excavators, Power Equipment • Has valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain MN-DOT Health Certificate Additional skills a plus, but not necessary at the time of hiring: • Valid Class A driver's license or ability to obtain one At Hartman Companies, we are always looking for great individuals to come join our team!
