Landscape Crew Member- Summer Job, Full-Time Seasonal $15/hr! Job Summary • Start your summer looking like Steve Rogers and end your summer looking like Captain American! Our team creates beautiful outdoor spaces by working hard and having fun throughout the summer. As part of our team, you will learn how to flex your muscles handling and installing all the materials needed to create professional landscapes. Materials include concrete pavers, wall blocks, dirt, sod, trees, plants, rock, and mulch. We use common tools like shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, brooms, and some small engine equipment. We offer on the job training to teach you the skills required. Learn the value of hard work and reap the benefits of working outdoors creating beautiful spaces in the community! Responsibilities • As a new employee you will work under the direction of a Landscape Foreman as part of a crew to complete projects. • Arrive prepared for 8+ hours of outdoor physical labor per day. A typical workday includes showing up on time, wearing presentable attire including work boots, packing lunch, water, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a rain jacket so you are ready for anything! • Use of common-sense judgement and company policy to make safe working decisions. Safety is extremely important on our jobsites. We need everyone going home in the same condition they arrived in. • Follow company policies as defined in the employee handbook. Requirements/Qualifications • Legally authorized and able to work in the United States. • Willing to learn and take direction from foremen and managers. • We need you here every day and on time so you must be dependable and reliable. • Ability to lift 50 pounds. • Communication with your foreman and manager are a must.
