Please fill out the questions below so we know who to expect at Dinner & After Prom. KMS parents would like to welcome you to the 2021 Jr/Sr. PROM!!! The following information will be used for check in at Dinner and After Prom. Dinner: Fee of $14.50 per person is neededNames: Are you KMS Sr. or JR? Parents Names and Numbers: Is your date a KMS student or Guest? And Name and Grade?Do you plan on attending both the Dinner and After prom or just one? Which one if only one?Note: You will be expected to arrive at post prom by 9pm. If you haven't arrived by then your parent will be contacted and let known you haven't arrived. You will also be expected to turn in car key's upon arrival and to stay through the timeline of post prom unless a parent has contacted Nikki Wold or Nichole Gleason ahead of time or your parents will be called when you leave. Post prom will end at 2am. We are also asking for a minimum $20 parent donation to help with funds for things as: DJDecorationsAfter Prom FoodPorta Potty (so Nichole doesn't have 100 kids in her house)And other things that come with planningAny extra money after these are paid for we will do cash drawings through out the night for the kids.
