Chosen Canididate MUST have own tools, have reliable vehicle to get to job sites. Must have experience in BASIC PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, ROOFING and be able to trouble shoot all aspects of Residential Maintenance. Must be able to ESTIMATE JOBS in regards to time lines and materials needed. Excellent Customer Service! Will be working with tenants. Must Work well with minimal supervision Must be able to read daily work orders. Must have own cell phone and be able to text and or email before and after pictures of the issues to Supervisor on a daily basis.
