Found White Dog w/Black Spots

Description

Male white dog with black spots is frequenting Butterfly Palm and Ravenfield/Pue area. He has a black spot covering one eye. He's been around for a few weeks, breaking into back yards and constantly up and down the street. He has a collar and tags. We often see him late at night around 10pm to 12am and in the evenings around 6:00pm. He definitely has an owner.
