Diabetes Alert Day will help people identify their risk for developing diabetes by taking a quick and simple Diabetes Risk Test. GIVEAWAYS! Millions of Americans have type 2 diabetes but are unaware that they have the disease. We are encouraging Memphians to take a written questionnaire that takes no more than a minute to complete, to find out if they are at risk for developing type 2 diabetes.
