Hello, Researchers at UMass are looking to learn about your experiences so we can help nurses make decisions about planning for care in the future. We are looking for volunteers for an anonymous online survey. If you are over 18 years of age and perform daily care for a family member with heart failure, help us learn more to help people like you. Study details include: -One-time anonymous survey about your experiences as a family caregiver -You can use your phone, tablet, or computer -Survey should take only 15-20 minutes, you can stop and come back to the survey if you need -If you would like a paper survey, an anonymous link is provided at the start of the survey, and a paper survey will be mailed to you with a self-addressed, stamped envelope -All information is kept confidential The survey link is attached here https://umasslowell.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_034vCHvX1COs36R Thank you for contributing to this research.
