Reaching out for help for my college student

Hi, i am just reaching out for help for my college student in Grand Forks, he moved there recently and is looking for a job, he has great references,, he is two months behind on rent, he needs household items such as a comfortable coutch and a bed, as he has a bad back and is sleeping on an air mattress he also needs a table and probably most kitchen items. I wish i could help him more, but any help or info on recourses in the area would be much appreciated!! Thank you
