Production / Shipping Manager $18 hr + Benefits

We are a very small plastics manufacturing company in Troy looking for a full-time employee to help with our production and shipping. Looking for a self-motivated, reliable, individual with a good work ethic and attitude. We will train the right person. Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures. Must be able to handle a physical workload and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. However, there often is a lot of downtime when waiting on the manufacturing production process. Hours are Monday thru Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm. Most days you will be able to leave by 2:30pm but will still be paid until 3:30pm. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Employees receive a bonus at the end of the year and raise depending on work ethic and performance. Some benefits you will receive are free lunches on Fridays, paid vacation days, paid holiday's, and health benefits. We provide uniforms thru Cintas after your first month of employment.
