Our locally owned Weed Man office has designed our branches to provide year-round, full time employment! We are currently looking to hire motivated and outgoing lawn care specialists to provide exceptional customer service! During the off season, our technicians join our marketing team to generate leads for the next season, no selling required! Hours vary seasonally but will usually result in full time/40 hours a week, weather permitting. Enjoy four day work weeks during the off season! The pay rate for this position averages $16-$23 per hour. Come join our award winning, fun and collaborative team! Responsibilities: Perform lawn care services such as applying fertilization and weed control or performing aerations Provide professional, courteous customer service Measure lawns and provide accurate quotes Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations Generate field sales- additional commission rewarded! Market our services and gain leads during the off season, no selling required!
