RoxFire Fitness hosts free yoga & HIIT workout at Gulf Stream Brewing Join RoxFire Fitness for a free HIIT workout, yoga session with Day Space Yoga and then some St Patty's Day fun afterward at Gulf Stream Brewing. We encourage you to wear your St Patrick's Day green (but comfortable clothing, of course!). 1. 10 AM - Morning Yoga w/ Day Space Studio 2. 11 AM - HIIT Rev Workout w/ RoxFire Fitness 3. 12 PM - BOGO Beer with Gulf Stream Brewing Each attendee will receive a wristband that allows you a Buy One Get One Beer of your choice from Gulf Stream Brewing. Fitness events will take place outside in the parking lot, so please bring a yoga mat to be comfortable for floor work. Tickets will include an option to do the Yoga or HIIT workout or both.
