Join us on the afternoon of the Spring Equinox for a beautiful guided meditation, cacao ceremony, and nature walk at Boyd Hill. Join us on the afternoon of the Spring Equinox for a beautiful guided meditation, cacao ceremony & nature walk, hosted by Jaida Jones of Oracle Aura at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. This meditation & ceremony will leave you feeling peaceful, grateful, and balanced as you step into spring. The Spring Equinox symbolizes a time when we are in between the shadow and light, as the day and night are equal lengths. This ceremony & meditation will help you release anything that is no longer serving your highest good, and begin to welcome in the new energy and abundance of spring! We'll start with a guided meditation, which will allow you to release anything that is no longer serving your highest good, as well as align with feelings of gratitude & inner peace. After the meditation, you'll be guided through the process of mindfully setting an intention as we move onto sipping our hot cacao (not to be confused with hot cocoa) in the beautiful Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. ❤ The Cacao we will be drinking is from SumetrA, imported from Guatamala & has been blessed by a shaman. Our cacao ceremony will be followed by a mindful exploration of the nature trails. ______________ What is cacao? ______________ Cacao (the main ingredient in chocolate) has been used for thousands of years in ceremony. Not only does it taste delicious, but it provides a warm, uplifting feeling. It could be described as less intense than coffee, but spiritually powerful. Cacao helps open up the heart chakra as you send your intentions out into the Universe. ❤ If you're interested in learning more about cacao, you can read more here: https://www.oracleaura.com/.../what-is-ceremonial-cacao... ______________ Where to go: Boyd Hill Preserve Visitor Center. ***(this is a separate GPS location than the nature preserve, so please be sure you are going to the Visitor Center)***. Once you pull into the parking lot, turn right and go all the way to the end of the parking lot, this is where we'll meet. Please be sure to bring something to sit on such as a towel, blanket, tapestry, or even a chair if you'd like, as well as a journal and a pen. *****Tickets must be reserved in advance. Only 15 spots available.***** If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the host at 407.782.3199. Thank you & we look forward to sharing this beautiful experience with you!
