Floor Technician Job Responsibilities Schedule: Schedule may vary – Available to work nights and weekends Floor Care knowledge of procedures for different types of floor surfaces. Performing stripping, scrubbing, buffing, refinishing or sealing of different types of hard surfaced floors using appropriate equipment and chemicals. Cleaning carpets using approved methods and chemicals. Responsible for securing the working area, using appropriate safety barricades, and removing when duties are completed, and the area is safe for public use. Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations. Responsible for evaluating customers floors and carpets frequency Responsible for all equipment in the company’s vehicles and trailers Making sure all equipment is clean and working properly always Report any equipment or vehicle malfunctions Able to perform an initial walkthrough of new accounts or upcoming floor or carpet jobs. Assisting in any pressure washing jobs and cleanups Send daily shift reports Requirements: At least three years of Floor Care experience Good driving record Bilingual English/Spanish Willing to undergo a background check, by local law/regulations
