(North San Diego) Night Supervisor Job Responsibilities Schedule: Schedule may vary – Available to work nights and some weekends • Have customer service skills • Responsible for supervising customer accounts • Responsible to know customers services specifications • Responsible to relate to workers services specifications • Responsible to perform routine inspections at the customers accounts with workers to insure job sites are up to standards • May be required to provide hands on services in any event required • On occasions will be asked to assist the services at the customers building(s) when needed • A Night Report is required at the end of each shift • Must report findings and /or complaints to Management immediately • Able to perform an initial walkthrough of new accounts • Knowledge of Janitorial services is helpful Requirements: At least three years of Night Supervisor experience Good driving record Bilingual English/Spanish Willing to undergo a background check, by local law/regulations
