I have two spots to fill in a shared rehearsal space at Suburbia Studios. It's located at 7th and Market in SE Portland. The room is a decent size, roughly 15' x 20'. There is a shared drum kit as well as a good sounding PA. Bring your own drum kit if you like. Key code outside to access the building and keys to access the room. There are cameras on site. I've been renting here for 6+ years and never had any issues and doesn't cause me any concern for my gear. Google calendar is used to schedule times. Right now it's not getting used much. Did I mention its 73 bucks?! Bring in your buds and you've got a hell of a deal. I would love to get these spots filled by March 20th. If you wanted to get in earlier I could def pro-rate.
